Waldorf Astoria Bali to open in 2017 is brand’s second luxury property in South East Asia
Hilton Worldwide has signed a new management agreement with PT. Bali Ragawisata for the first Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts property in Indonesia.
The all-villa Waldorf Astoria Bali, located in the exclusive Bukit Pandawa precinct in south Bali about10 kilometres away from Ngurah Rai International Airport, is also the fourth hotel in the pipeline in Indonesia for the global hospitality group.
The property, scheduled to open in 2017, is perched 40 metres above sea level on a prime cliff-front land of Bali’s southernmost peninsula. Spanning a sprawling 13 hectares, its 96 luxurious guestrooms range from one-bedroom villas to six-bedroom suite villas.
The resort will feature two specialty restaurants and a destination bar. It will also offer a range of exclusive events facilities including a wedding chapel, outdoor event lawn, event courtyard, business centre, outdoor sea-facing pool with a beach club, an 8,000 square-metre private beach as well as a health club and spa.
Waldorf Astoria Bali will be the brand’s second luxury property in South East Asia, joining Waldorf Astoria Bangkok.
