Best Western has continued its rapid expansion in Indonesia with the launch of a new hotel in Jakarta – Best Western Hariston. Located in North Jakarta, the newly-built midscale hotel offers 201 rooms, all with 37-inch flat- screen TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel also features a restaurant, bar, 24-hour room service, outdoor swimming pool and sauna. For the corporate market there are 11 meeting rooms. Best Western Hariston becomes the company’s third hotel in Jakarta, following the 168-room Best Western Mangga Dua Hotel & Residence and 67-room Best Western Mega Kuningan, which welcomed its first guests last month. This brings the company’s nationwide portfolio to 10 hotels in five destinations, but this will expand to more than 30 properties in the coming years, including debut hotels in cities such as Bandung, Pontianak, Makassar, Banjarmasin and Samarinda.
