The award-winning Fivelements’ restaurant offers innovative, life-invigorating cuisine.
Felix Schoener has joined Fivelements’ award-winning Sakti Dining Room as its new Executive Chef. Originally from Germany, he apprenticed and worked worldwide for a series of Michelin-starred restaurants before developing a passion for sustainable organic living, as well as vegetarian and raw food movements.
Sakti Dining Room is set between the sacred Ayung River and lush tropical ponds and gardens. Its cuisine features epicurean plant-based, raw vegan living foods. Its menu is designed to give optimal plant-based nutrition and high energy, which is described as “a gastronomical journey aimed to nurture body, mind and soul”.
The restaurant supports local farmers, sustainable agriculture and environmentally friendly products.
