A holistic programme to improve the well being of the resort’s guests.
Amanusa, located on Bali southern peninsula, will host a “Master in Residence” programme from 30 October to 10 November 2014, which will see the introduction of traditional forms of healing.
Francesc Miralles and his wife, Raquel Gómez, will be in residence at Amanusa to offer treatments from their holistic Harmonia well-being programme, as well as short individualised retreats.
Francesc is a renowned Chinese medicine expert, physiotherapist and teacher with over 20 years of experience in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Raquel is also trained in TCM, as well as Bach Flower remedies and Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy.
They have been studying traditional forms of healing for many years, and possess a unique gift for healing. Their studies and practice centre on ancient Chinese healing. However they also incorporate other techniques depending on the guest’s needs.
During their stay at the resort Francesc and Raquel will offer the following 60- or 90-minute sessions: lifestyle coaching, craniosacral therapy, painless acupuncture, metabolic activation, body sculpturing, holistic acupressure, facial lifting, anti-jetlag therapy, Chinese herbal medicine, Taichi, Qigong and meditation.
They will also tailor personalised one- or two-day programmes with an optimised Harmonia nutrition plan for those who wish to benefit on a deeper level.
The resort plans to develop more Master in Residence programmes during the upcoming months.
Amanusa is a serene retreat offering privacy and escape, and overlooks the Indian Ocean. It is just 25 minutes from Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport and close to the island’s shopping and nightlife areas of Sanur, Legian and Seminyak.
