The second phase is ongoing, expects to be completed in October
Segara Village Hotel in Sanur, Bali, is a sanctuary of tropical charm that recreates the ambience of a traditional Balinese community. Located on a five-hectare piece of land the property is undergoing renovations to improve its facilities and services.
Phase 1 of the renovation programme, which involves 18 of the resort’s Bungalow rooms, have been completed.
The second phase on the refurbishment of the Cottage rooms are still ongoing, as weather conditions and some technical problems have delayed the work. The hotel expects to see this phase completed by the end of October this year.
Work is carried out from 8am to 5pm daily. No excavator or heavy machinery is used for the renovations.
During the renovation period all other facilities and services in the hotel are operating as usual. The resort management endeavours to keep noise or disturbances guests to a minimum during this period by arranging for guests to stay in rooms away from the work areas.
In the event of any complaint of disturbances or concern over the ongoing work, the management will be happy to meet with the guests to find the best possible solutions for both parties.
