Six Senses to Open in Bali

Six Senses Bail is scheduled to open at the end of 2017.

Luxury hotel group Six Senses has unveiled plans to develop a resort in Uluwatu, a famous surf destination in southwest Bali, which is a 35-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

Six Senses Bali, set atop a rugged cliff, will include 28 sky villas, 62 one-bedroom villas and 7 two-bedroom villas. The expansive Retreat Villa on a prominent knoll will have sweeping views of the ocean and overall resort.

The resort will have two restaurants, a pool bar, specialty restaurant with chef’s table, cooking school, extensive organic garden, large pool, gym, wedding pavilion, ballroom, two meeting rooms, and a signature Six Senses Spa.

Six Senses Bali will also include an Experiences Centre that can arrange visits to everything that this legendary island has to offer, from sightseeing excursions, to cultural events plus over and underwater activities.

Situated on a 12-hectare site, the project will be completed in two stages. The first phase includes the resort on 6.5 hectares, while phase two includes 60 residential villas available for purchase including luxurious three-bedroom family retreats.

Six Senses is working with PT Cahaya Warna Prima on the Uluwatu development. The resort is scheduled for completion by the end of 2017.
