Suarti Boutique Village is located on the outskirts of Ubud in the artistic hamlet of Pengosekan, a semi-rural area known for its eco-inspired painting style that dates back to the 1960s. It is surrounded by natural landscape against a backdrop of beautiful rice fields.
This heritage hotel, owned by acclaimed Balinese dancer and jewellery designer Desak Nyoman Suarti, is scheduled to open in January 2016.
Suarti Boutique Village is an art sanctuary inspired by the traditional kampong (Indonesian village). It comprises a collection of 25 Javanese joglos (wooden bungalows) whose design concept is sensitive to the environment, and makes creative use of sustainably sourced materials.They comprise 10 deluxe suites (no pool), 7 one-bedroom pool villa, 6 two-bedroom pool villas, and 2 two-bedroom pool villas (Joglo House).
The deluxe suites are surrounded by tropical greenery and a meandering waterway. The one-bedroom and two-bedroom villas are within a walled garden compound complete with a private swimming pool. The Joglo House is the jewel in the Suarti Boutique Village accommodation crown.

The all-day dining Kassava Restaurantis housed within a classic wooden pavilion overlooking the swimming pool with seating arrangements for up to 70 guests. It serves in an artistic setting. Ingredients for the dishes are grown in the hotel’s own herb garden.
