The delay is due to "unforeseen circumstances", says the resort’s management.

The Chedi Club Jimbaran in Bali has postponed its opening, which was scheduled for 1 April 2015. It was originally to soft open on 19 January 2015.

The management said the delayed opening was “due to circumstances beyond our control. We remain in close contact with the owners of the resort and are working hand-in-hand to establish an exact opening date at the earliest convenience.”

The Chedi Club Jimbaran is the fourth Bali property for General Hotel Management (GHM). It sets a new precedent for privacy on this Island of the Gods with its secluded location among gentle rolling hills that rise up from the Indian Ocean around Jimbaran Bay. It is only 20 minutes from Bali’s international airport.
