VIN+ Seminyak, Bali, presents a new head chef and SAMA SAMA Kitchen

Stylish restaurant, bar, and wine store in Seminyak.

Located in the heart of the Seminyak dining district, VIN+ Seminyak in Bali comprises a retail wine store, spacious indoor and courtyard dining spaces, bar and lounge.

A popular destination for casual dining and drinks and serving an international bistro menu for lunch and dinner, Vin+ Seminyak has appointed a new executive chef, Theodorus Immanuel Setyo, to lead the kitchens.

Chef Theo, as he is affectionately known by the team, is from Wonosobo in Central Java. His vast experience included working stints with Banyan Tree Bintan, Four Seasons Jakarta, Jing’s Residence China, Al Murooj Rotana Dubai, Novus Gawana Bali, and was most recently with Masterchef’s Production RCTI. He brings with new him creative Indonesian dishes, which are paired with wine from the restaurant’s well-stocked cellar.

Inspired by signature recipes originating their Arcadia Jakarta branch, VIN+ Seminyak’s new menu has a range of home-grown offerings like Soto Ayam, Oxtail Soup, Beef Shank Balado, Baramundi Balado, and Nasi Goreng Pork Belly.

On 28 October VIN+ Seminyak Bali will be presenting an exquisite cocktail pairing dinner by SAMA SAMA Kitchen, an Indonesian inspired restaurant located in Santa Barbara USA. In attendance will be chefs Ryan Simorangkir and Tyler Peek, and mixologist Spencer Cantrell. The dinner starts at 7pm.
